Email Workspace

SMTP Settings

Backend not connected

One workspace for your email operations.

Configure your SMTP connection, manage the sender identity, and prepare messages from one clean dashboard.

✉

SMTP Configuration

Connect your existing Rapid Host BD SMTP mailbox (credentials are configured on the server).

CONNECTION
Set the password in api/config.php on your hosting account. Never enter it here.
Use an address your SMTP provider authorizes you to send from.
Security: this is a frontend-only page. Saving settings in this demo stores them in this browser only. It cannot safely send email or protect SMTP credentials. For production, send settings to a PHP backend over HTTPS and store secrets server-side (prefer environment variables or encrypted storage).

Test Email

The test button calls your backend endpoint; it does not send email directly from HTML.

Configure the PHP endpoint in the JavaScript section at the bottom of this file. Expected endpoint: api/mail.php?action=test.

Sender Profile

Set the identity customers see in their inbox.

IDENTITY
R
Use a public HTTPS image URL. This appears as a preview; email clients may not show it as an avatar.
Signature is appended to the message by the backend when sending.

Live Preview

A preview of your sender identity and signature.
